ok I don't even know where to start

ok, first stroll to the botom and hit " administation panel"

ok then?

click :general" at the top

then of to the side click : "catagories and forums"

hit the plus ath the tpo of the chart and make sure to add a forum instead of catigory

name it about a general topic like "soul eater"

then get back on the forum and ad topics for that catigory

tell me if u need any more help

Down with the white buttons is one that has an arrow on it, just press it then pick the catagory u want to move it to
