revy

so revy is my favorite and i have some questions about her, for one, was she an orphan?, and two, how old do u guys think she is?

I don't want to wreck the story for you but lets just say Revy had one dramatic childhood.....As for age...I'm guessing 25-29

Yeah I've read all the chapters so I already know about her past, but that still doesn't tell me if she was an orphan, and In one chapter she said she dropped out of middle school, I'm pretty sure she said ten years ago, so that would mean she's either 22,23, or 24

She seems more mature though. I say she had no parents/or ran away because if she was in contact with them they wouldn't let her get with the wrong crowd like she did

She must've ran away then cause street orphans don't usually go to school

poor Revy....imagine her as a seeker Everyone would be dead....

So Lizz you wanted a paragraph on Revy's past, here it is;

Little is told in the series about Revy before she came to Roanapur and fell in with Dutch’s Black Lagoon Company. It’s likely (I think) she grew up in an poor family or broken home and spent most of her youth involved in one crime or another that gradually became more and more violent (Till killing became easy to her as we see at the start she uses a pillow to block the person dying from her view ans to silence the gun). There is some implication that make me think she may have killed her parents. It is highly likely that she got in trouble with the wrong criminal gang, or the law, or both and had to flee to Thailand. I believe that Mr. Chang may have taught her how to use firearms. After all this she eventually joined the Black Lagoon.

First of all, why do you think revy killed her parents? And why does everyone think that mr Chang taught her how to use firearms?

I just think she did since she never speaks of them (Thats just my taught) and some think that he taught her that because of 1. their history in the business and 2. because of the way they act around one another and 3. how he barely reacts to he gunslinging skills.

But revy wasn't a cold blooded murderer back then

She killed when she was young, we don't know who she killed after the pillow shot- scene.

yeah but she killed that guy for a reason, its not like she went cazy and want on some killing spree
